"The villa was lovely, the roof top terrace was huge with a beautiful views of the sunset, mountains, and sea. All amenities were provided, The information book was full of useful tips, where to eat, where to shop. As a family of 7, the villa provided us with opportunities to have lovely family meals and evenings together, but also having space to yourself too. You do need a car to get around though."

"It was better than expected - pool was lovely, infact everything was. Plenty of seating in around the pool, nice bbq, close to restaurants, shops, and takeaways. The owners recommended Pacific car hire and taxi company and they were great as well. If anyone is looking for somewhere to have a holiday I can highly recommend Jasmine Villa."

"The location of Jasmine Villa is amazing with views overlooking the Kyrenia mountains. Our two weeks stay was perfect and very relaxing. The Villa catered for everything we needed and more. We definitely needed a car to explore North Cyprus. Visits to Nature Bay next to Turtle Bay was ideallic. The information book given prior to going was very informative and used on several occasions whilst we were there for places to see and restaurants to eat at."

"The host was amazing with communication and sent all necessary check in details including a list of local amenities, tourist attractions & even emergency/ hospital details if needed. - There's an offer of a Welcome Package that is worth considering on arrival to help settle in. - car hire is essential and getting to have reliable Taxi service using the drop location is advisable as addresses can be tricky to locate for Taxi's. The Property Manager always readily available on WhatsApp to respond to needs - same as owner. The villa has beautiful views of the sea and mountains - The private pool is big and kept clean and the water always lovely and warm and the lighting is even more gorgeous for an evening swim. All the rooms are clean and spacious and fitted with an air con. Definitely coming back and highly recommend this one; photos do not do justice to this beautiful place. " (Vrbo)

"We had never been to Cyprus before and so had no expectations. However, if I had been asked what my ideal villa, location and holiday were to be, this pretty much ticks all the boxes. The villa was a lovely size and accommodated our family perfectly, with room to spare. Pretty much everything you could possibly need or want during your stay was provided, even pool toys, family games, books etc. There were folders provided with every instruction booklet, requirements of leaving the villa, bin collections and such, details of all local amenities including restaurant recommendations and a price bracket. Also a list of attractions and places of interest to visit. The pool and gardens are a big feature of the villa with fabulous views; you aren’t overlooked or encroached on at all. We hired a car so made the most of visiting as many different places that we could. Lots of lovely sandy beaches with warm clear water. The Roman ruins, Famagusta, Kyrenia castle, Bellapais Abbey all worth a visit. We had an amazing holiday and are already recommending Jasmine Villa to people. " (Vrbo)

"Upon researching places for my parents to have a week away, I found this lovely villa. (I am their travel agent!!) The villa was as described and in fact they did a video call whilst they were there so I could see for myself. A lovely villa with everything they needed and communication was excellent. Very quick responses to questions. They found some lovely local restaurants to eat in and liked to go to the village for the evening meals as they preferred less touristy. "Jasmine has everything you need and more. The indoors is immaculate and well looked after. The owners look after everything and when things break they replace. The pool area is superb overlooking the sea with the most amazing sunsets that you could never get bored of. We stayed in Jasmine 8/9 times and I have photos of the sunsets from every year."

"We stayed at Jasmine Villa from the 19th July for two weeks. The villa is extremely comfortable and the pool, garden and patio areas are brilliant with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. The village of Esentepe has everything you need and The Old Barn Restaurant is highly recommended. We have stayed at Jasmine Villa four times now and will be going again. The weather was very hot when we were there and we welcomed the air conditioning in the villa. We highly recommend Jasmine Villa, it was easy to book with all the information given to us about the villa, the area and places to visit."

"We have been using Jasmine Villa for 8 + years now, we keep coming back as we love the Villa, it has everything you need, if there are any issues they are dealt with very quickly by Gemma. The pool area is superb, the NEW grass area is lovely and is a perfect place for the sunbeds if the kids are splashing around the pool getting your books wet ! The rear patio area is a nice place to chill out and the top patio has stunning views and is an amazing place to watch the sunset in the evening. We stayed in August 2022 and already re booked for August 2023."

"Another wonderful stay at Jasmine Villa! We were concerned we may find many of the local amenities closed following the recent pandemic but we needn't have been. The supermarkets were as well stocked as usual and our favourite restaurants still there (Balti House, Cengiz, Remzi) along with some lovely new eateries (especially Old Barn for full English breakfasts with real pork sausages). We had some Internet issues during our stay but a quick call to the villa agent confirmed they were affecting the whole island. The pool continues to be a massive hit with our children and provides a welcome break from the heat. We would thoroughly recommend visiting the now open Varosha (Maras) area of Famagusta - extremely interesting and the beaches are the best on the island! Jasmine Villa has every facility a family could possibly need (young and older children) and Neil ensures the villa and local area information packs are regularly updated. We have lost track of how many times we have visited but we will keep returning as we've never found anywhere else that compares! "

"Once again a very enjoyable holiday at the villa. The elevated position of the villa makes it so lovely looking out to sea in either direction. This was a return visit to Jasmine Villa and there has been a considerable effort and expense put into upgrading the surroundings and equipment available for your comfort, especially the new loungers and parasols around the pool and upper patio. The new artificial grass area has totally changed the outlook of the garden, and makes it look like a home from home."

"Our third stay (in as many years) at the wonderful Jasmine Villa - our children now call it their Cyprus home! The boosted wifi signal to cover the upstairs rooms was useful as was the new garden shower - the owners think of everything. We would recommend the local Stone Castle and Balti House restaurants in particular. We also visited the turtle conservation project at Alagadi Beach one evening and got to see green turtles coming on to the beach, laying their eggs and heading back to the sea. This was a wonderful experience which we would highly recommend if you visit at the right time of year. A day out enjoying the waterslides at Club Acapulco is good fun although it makes you appreciate the peace and quiet at Jasmine Villa when you return. As ever, a wonderful holiday spent at a beautifully appointed villa."

"We stayed at Jasmine villa for 3 weeks from May 30 2019. Very private, great views, pool around 31 degrees each day, just a few minutes to supermarket and around 20 minutes to Girne. The sunset from the villa is a sight to behold. Great value for money. Owners are easy to deal with so, if you want a great holiday in North Cyprus, this villa rates highly; this is now our third year."
